Bonnie M. Boryca
Bonnie Boryca is a member of Erickson | Sederstrom’s litigation, employment, construction, technology, and appellate practice groups. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, technology litigation, employment matters, and trust and estate disputes. Ms. Boryca has the experience to assist clients in reaching resolutions and achieving results.
She has appeared before courts in Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa as well as state and federal agencies, and has argued appeals before the Kansas Court of Appeals, the Nebraska Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Ms. Boryca is a Contributing Editor of the Nebraska Employment Law Letter and a presenter on employment law topics. She has been recognized as a Great Plains Rising Star by Super Lawyers, and is actively involved in the Omaha community.

Ms. Boryca received her undergraduate degree from Creighton University, where she studied English and philosophy.
While attending the University of Kansas School of Law, Ms. Boryca was an articles editor for the Kansas Law Review. She was awarded Best Oral Advocate at KU’s moot court competition, and she and her teammate won second place at the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition in November 2009. Upon graduation, she was admitted to the Order of the Coif.
Ms. Boryca is a lifelong Omaha resident. She enjoys spending time with her family and being active outdoors.
